Hello! I hope you folks don't mind me writing this post in English - even though I live quite close to the german border - my German is not that fantastic. I've been a long-time reader & lurker on most german forums, keeping up-to-date on PHL developments.
Would just like to chime in the following discovery: Phantasialand.de > Neuheuten 2010
Then, have a look at the image URL for Sieben:
http://phantasialand.de/var/phl_site/sto…iewbox_16_9.jpg
At least someone filed this overview-box image under 'shows'. This could clearly indicate that Sieben is in fact, a show.
We've seen the whole rollercoaster debate (koeln.de) so the placement of this image under 'Shows' could be a mistake as well, although I highly doubt it. Now my only hope is that it will not be a show in the traditional sense - I believe someone even posted about 'The Ride of Jan Rouven' either here or in another forum - but a rather epic highlight of the day perhaps giving the whole term show a run for its money, we shall see. At least praying that Phantasialand will try and maintain their unique approach - which they've shown with a few of their latest additions - is about the best we can do at the moment, I think.
For those of you interested in settings & texts for the actual Sieben website (in XML format):
http://7-phantasialand.de/ssettings.xml
http://7-phantasialand.de/s0settings.xml (goes up to 4, one for each of the elements)
http://7-phantasialand.de/s0texte.xml (goes up to 4, one for each of the elements)
Have a phantastic day ^.^
Oh, btw, I can read & understand German fine! I am aware of 'hijacking' this forum thread, so stick to German
